COLLEGE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENROLLMENT SERVICES
         

     Primary responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Provides campus coordination and administrative services in the following areas

    1. development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract prospective students
    1. initiation, coordination and execution of recruitment and on-site activities at local high schools, college and community fairs, college nights, community agencies
    2. coordination and participation in Ammerman Campus recruitment activities, such as campus Open Houses and high school/College partnerships
    3. oversight of the Admissions Office, in conjunction with the other Assistant Director, in the absence of the Director
    4. support of the day-to-day operation of the campus Admissions Office including the implementation of all policies, programs and services
    5. coordination and recruitment for the Ammerman Campus for Allied Health program collaborations with outside agencies
    6. review of student admission folders to identify students for special curricula or programs.

    2.   Provides College-wide leadership, coordination and service in enrollment and recruitment initiatives:

  1. coordination, planning and execution of College-wide partnership initiatives, particularly, but not exclusively, those related to curricula in the Allied Health fields
  2. assistance in planning and executing focused marketing efforts and recruitment for emerging and established Downtown Centers
  3. collaboration and communication with other campus/ College offices (e.g., Financial Aid, Counseling, Testing, faculty and Registrar) to ensure a consistent enrollment process
  4. coordination and review of special population applications to determine qualifications for admission,  processing accordingly, making referrals as needed
  5. provision of information to students concerning the College, its programs and services and of assistance to students in completing the admissions application and the enrollment process
  6. coordination of the follow-through and tracking of students’ progress throughout the admissions and enrollment process across the College
  7. preparation of recruitment and retention reports on a planned and ad hoc basis; collection, analysis, and reporting of admissions and enrollment management data
  8. development and presentation of cross-training workshops for College/campus group

3.  Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Enrollment Management.
